Dire Con reviewed in Sonic Masala
Not only did Sonic Masala give the new Dire Con album a mostly favorable review, but also a lovely bonus nod to COP’s Urgency. Additionally, they are featuring the track, “Wasted Youth,” in addition to “Pills.” This is also the second reference in a review, basically dubbing this style of sound as “grunge.” Noted!

El Deth Music @ Checkpoint Charlie’s, New Orleans, LA – 7.7.2012
This is a special one-time show happening in good ol’ New Orleans for anyone who is not going to the Essence Festival. This free performance will feature: Arrison Kirby, Dustin Milotte, Grant Parker and Astrid Dees. The music will be something between country and electronica.
Also performing this evening: Jak Locke’s Rock Show, Kill Ida Belle, and Misled

Our friends at Elite Muzik have joined the list of music blogs featuring Dire Con’s “Pills.” They also have very simple, but effective praise for the album, itself. That’s good to see!
COP and Dire Con reviewed by Steve Wildsmith
